Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the USA takes 10-20 business days from the date of shipment.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

 Is shipping free? 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

 How can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

Returns and Refunds

 What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

 What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item? 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll need photos of the damaged/defective item along with your order number to process a refund or replacement.
